Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated October 12, 2026
What you may and may not do with luodastudio, and how we handle abuse, so the platform stays safe, lawful, and reliable for everyone.
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) applies to everyone who uses luodastudio and to all content, sites, code, and stores published through the Service. It is part of our Terms of Service. You are responsible for what you publish and for the visitors, contributors, and customers you bring to your site.
2. Content that is never allowed
You may not use luodastudio to create, host, or distribute content that:
- is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
- sexually exploits or endangers children in any way (we have zero tolerance, will remove it immediately, and will report it to the appropriate authorities);
- infringes someone else’s intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- contains malware, ransomware, or code designed to harm, deceive, or gain unauthorized access to devices or data;
- is phishing, fraud, a scam, or otherwise deceptive about who you are or what you offer;
- incites or threatens violence, promotes terrorism, or facilitates the sale of weapons or controlled substances where prohibited;
- harasses, bullies, defames, or targets people, or that reveals another person’s private information without consent;
- is hateful content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on protected characteristics; or
- distributes non-consensual intimate imagery, or adult content in violation of applicable law or without required age controls.
3. Prohibited conduct
You also may not:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or use the Service to support them;
- impersonate a person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or attempt to breach the isolation between accounts, without our prior written authorization;
- access data, sites, or systems that are not yours, or attempt to defeat authentication or access controls;
- circumvent plan limits, storage quotas, rate limits, or other technical restrictions;
- scrape or harvest data from the Service in a way that violates these policies or others’ rights; or
- resell or sublicense the Service, or share a single account across separate businesses, except as expressly permitted.
4. Custom code, CSS, and extensions
luodastudio supports custom CSS, custom head and body code, and third-party plugins and themes. That flexibility comes with responsibility. Code you add or install must not:
- attack, track deceptively, or steal information from your visitors;
- attempt to break out of your site’s isolation or affect other customers or our infrastructure;
- mine cryptocurrency or run workloads unrelated to serving your site;
- attempt to evade our content sanitization, security controls, or these policies; or
- load third-party scripts that do any of the above.
We sanitize customer CSS and injected code and may filter, disable, or remove code or extensions that violate this Policy or that create a security, privacy, or reliability risk. Third-party scripts you add run at your own risk and are your responsibility.
5. Email, comments, and messaging
If you use blog comments, contact forms, or any messaging enabled by the Service, you must comply with anti-spam and electronic-messaging laws that apply to you (such as CAN-SPAM and CASL). Do not use these features to send unsolicited bulk email, to harvest addresses, or to relay messages on behalf of third parties.
6. Stores and payments
If you use online-store features, you must comply with the rules of the payment networks and providers involved and with applicable consumer-protection, tax, and export laws. You may not sell goods or services that are illegal, that the payment provider prohibits, or that are classified as high-risk without the required approvals. You are responsible for accurate product information, fulfillment, and handling refunds and disputes fairly.
7. Fair use of resources
The Service is shared infrastructure. Do not use it in a way that places a disproportionate or abusive load on our systems, including denial-of-service activity, storage abuse, or automated request floods. We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect the platform and other customers.
8. Security research
We welcome good-faith security research. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, report it privately to security@luodastudio.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing it. Do not access or modify data that is not yours, degrade the Service, or test against other customers’ sites. Good-faith research that follows this section and our reporting process is not a violation of this Policy.
9. Enforcement
When we identify a violation, we may take action proportionate to the issue, including:
- asking you to remove or fix the content or code;
- filtering, disabling, or removing offending content, code, or extensions;
- limiting features, suspending a site, or suspending an account; or
- terminating an account for serious or repeated violations.
Where practical we will give notice and a chance to respond. For severe violations (such as child sexual abuse material, active attacks, or content that creates an imminent risk), we may act immediately and without prior notice.
10. Reporting abuse
To report content or activity that you believe violates this Policy, email abuse@luodastudio.com. Please include the site address or URL, a description of the problem, and any information we need to locate it. We review reports and take appropriate action, and we may follow up with you for more detail.
11. Copyright and DMCA
We respond to valid copyright complaints under a notice-and-takedown process and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. To submit a copyright notice, email dmca@luodastudio.com with the information a valid notice requires:
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed;
- identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location (URL);
- your contact information;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as the Service and the law evolve; the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Questions about this Policy can be sent to abuse@luodastudio.com.
